Players of Duet Night Abyss have been sharing a neat — and worrying — trick that turns promo-code rewards into very large amounts of premium cash. Two accounts, keitaro_gg and sedum, are credited with figuring out how to convert the small sums given by promo codes into hundreds of thousands (or more), and screenshots/clips have circulated showing the results. The dev team says they’re addressing the bug, but fixes are slow-going — e.g., server-side checks and rollback work are reportedly underway, i.e., not an instant flip of a switch. Meanwhile, fresh promo codes keep surfacing that can credit hundreds of millions to accounts; they appear to have limited uses, so it’s still unclear whether these are legit distributes, internal tests, or some sort of leak (FYI: caution advised).
