WWE 2K26 to Feature CM Punk as Cover Star — Game to Tell the Career Story of the Iconic Wrestler

According to Insider Gaming, the key Showcase mode in the upcoming March-release game WWE 2K26 will be the career of wrestler CM Punk. This mode, an interactive documentary-style retrospective, will be narrated by Punk himself and divided into three parts.

The first part will allow players to relive key matches from CM Punk's real-life WWE career.

The second part presents "What if?" scenarios exploring alternative developments if the wrestler had not left the company in 2014.

The third part is dedicated to fantasy matches against opponents Punk never had the chance to face in the ring.

CM Punk returned to WWE in November 2023 after a nine-year absence. In the game series, his return began as DLC for WWE 2K24, and he was already part of the main roster in WWE 2K25. WWE 2K26 will be the second mainline game where he is available from the start.
