Capcom has released a guide for playing as the sunny Ingrid in Street Fighter 6
Capcom has put out a video guide for fans of Street Fighter 6 that walks through playing as Ingrid. A quick reminder: she wields solar and magical powers to keep opponents at bay. Mostly a zoner, she can still string together some deceptively simple combos. Her abilities were already showcased in a gameplay trailer; this new clip goes into more detail.
- Sun Flare — releases a beam of light aimed at opponents.
- Solar Burst — another light beam, this one fired diagonally downward.
- Sun Shot — sends a blinding ball of light; you can alter its speed and angle, e.g., to mix up timing.
- Sun Crests — Ingrid charges herself with solar power up to 4 times, i.e., stacks that raise hit count, range, and follow-up potential.
- Sun Rise — a spinning light attack with light/medium/heavy variants.
- Sun Veil — a counter that can absorb projectiles.
- Vanishing Sun — teleportation available in three distinct ways.
- Shining Sun — level 1 super: a string of magical kicks.
- Order of the Sun — level 2 super: she calls a beam from the sky that rains solar energy down on the foe.
- Cosmic Ray — level 3 super: an energy beam long enough to threaten enemies across the screen.
Ingrid is the final fighter included in the Year 3 Character Pass. She will appear in the fighting game on May 28 — along with new modes.
