Austin Wintory Wins Grammy for Sword of the Sea Soundtrack

At the 68th Grammy Awards ceremony, the winner in the "Best Score Soundtrack for Video Games and Other Interactive Media" category was announced. The award went to composer Austin Wintory for the musical score of the adventure game Sword of the Sea.

Other nominees in the category included:

• Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora (Secrets of the Spires expansion);
• Indiana Jones and the Great Circle;
• Star Wars Outlaws (Wild Card and A Pirate’s Fortune expansions);
• Helldivers 2.

Sword of the Sea is an atmospheric adventure game from Giant Squid, the studio known for ABZU and The Pathless. The gameplay focuses on exploring a wondrous world where waves meet sand dunes.
