ARC Raiders has released an update featuring a new game mode, map condition, and voice chat fixes.
ARC Raiders Update Introduces New Mode, Map Event, and Voice Chat Fixes
The developers of ARC Raiders have released a new update.
As promised, a new Hunt mode has been added for players level 40 and above, where they can take on groups of Raiders solo.
A new event with bird nests has been launched on the Buried City map, where valuable loot can be found. Another event has also started, with mechanics very similar to the winter event. Players need to collect items and exchange them for valuable rewards. And, of course, a new skin hasn't been forgotten.
In addition, a host of important changes have been made to the game. The most significant ones are likely in this list:
- Made voice chat more stable and fixed unexpected disconnections.
- Added the ability for all players to invite people to a squad; joining a squad is now possible at any time.
- Fixed bugs with screaming "Observers" after explosions and added the ability to quickly drop the "Flea" without taking damage.
- Reduced the drop chances for rare blueprints from the "Queen" and during electromagnetic storms.
- Fixed minor bugs on various maps and made the night version of Stella Montis even darker.
The developers also paid a lot of attention to fixing player movement errors, the user interface, and various performance improvements.
The update is available on all platforms.
Recall that the roadmap for the coming months is already ready. Raiders can expect a new map, as well as many other gameplay changes. For example, more dangerous ARC enemies.
