AMD will integrate RDNA 3.5 graphics into processors until 2029.
AMD to Equip Processors with RDNA 3.5 Integrated Graphics Until 2029
According to statements from insider Kepler_L2, AMD plans to use the RDNA 3.5 architecture for processor integrated graphics until 2029. It appears we are looking at a new Vega.
It is claimed that new graphics technologies will now be implemented not across the entire lineup at once, but only in the most expensive chips. As a result, most processors with integrated graphics will be equipped with variants based on RDNA 3.5 for several more years. However, in the top-tier, most expensive solutions, users may even find RDNA 5/UDNA by 2027.
It is stated that next year we will get successors to Strix Halo with monstrous integrated graphics featuring 48 compute units based on the new graphics architecture.
At the same time, by 2028, Intel may release its processors with integrated graphics from NVIDIA, so we could very well see something very interesting.
