Absolute cinema — priestess Hiyuki from Wuthering Waves received a new trailer

The developers of Wuthering Waves have posted a five-minute trailer centered on the new resonator, Hiyuki.

The flower born to wither, the departed morning buried deep within the heart.

A handful of burning snow, those vows that herald the arrival of spring.

Amid the endless whiteness, a blazing red color ignites new life.

When these wishes find their dawn, it will be... the spring that waited beneath the snow.

Hiyuki arrives as a limited 5★ Glacio resonator (r.). She’s presented as a priestess and an S.O.F. operative with a long, tangled link to Trenodian. From Ashinohara comes her title — priestess of the Blazing Sakura — and she’s the lone member of the rapid-response unit based in Lahai‑Roy.

She’s kept on station to assist the Spacetrack Collective (STC) in their work on active zones of Void Matter (VM), and to keep researchers and students — many of whom are not fighters — out of harm’s way. It’s not all parade and polish; the trailer gives her a guarded, almost rueful air.
