Hunt: Showdown 1896 Testing New Format with More Players
In Hunt: Showdown 1896, testing is beginning for matches with an increased number of players. Starting February 4th, the participant limit in Bounty Hunt and Soul Survivor modes will increase from 12 to 15 people. The number of players in each match will vary.
The goal of the test is to assess the impact of a larger number of participants on the game's pace, frequency of encounters, and balance. The Bounty Clash mode will not be affected by the changes. The exact number of players can be seen on the team information screen.
Testing will last until February 11th. After its completion, the developers will gather player feedback to decide whether to introduce the increased limit on a permanent basis.
